Special Metals Inconel® 718 ERNiFeCr-2 .045" Dia Ni-Fe-Cr Filler Metal comes on 30 lb spool and is suitable for use in gas turbines, rocket motors, spacecraft, nuclear reactors, pumps as well as tooling. Precipitation hardenable filler metal having tensile strength of 165000 psi can be used for gas tungsten arc welding of Inconel® Alloys 718/706/X-750. Filler metal provides corrosion resistance and high strength with outstanding weldability including resistance to post weld age cracking. Filler metal contains significant amounts of iron, niobium and molybdenum along with lesser amounts of aluminum and titanium. It has superior creep-rupture strength at temperatures to 1300 deg F.
