The 493B model fits standard height and tie-bar toggles typically found on 120V and 240V breakers. Its patented Grip Tight design effectively locks out breakers with a thumb turn and clamping handle. The durable red polymer and steel construction withstands harsh environments. Complementing the 493B, the 491B model fits wide or tall breaker toggles usually found on high-voltage, high-amperage breakers. Its compact form locks out various toggle sizes. Both models measure 5-1/8 inches long and accept Master Lock and American Lock padlocks and lockout hasps (sold separately). With one 493B and one 491B circuit breaker lockout, facilities can safely de-energize and lock out a broad range of breaker toggles as part of a standardized safety protocol.
